Muriel Horacek is an 85-year-old adventuress, who has traveled the world in search of adventure.  She lived overseas for 17 years in Aruba, Peru, Libya and Belgium.  Her experiences include hiking hut-to-hut in New Zealand and Australia, and pub-to-pub across England from the North Sea to the Irish Sea.  She has done 35 two-week Earthwatch expeditions in China, Australia, New Zealand, Czech Rep., Israel, Kenya, Namibia, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, Alaska, Hawaii, and within continental U.S.

In the past 15 years, Muriel has also done over 20 birding trips to India, Papua New Guinea, China, Venezuela, Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Panama, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Kenya, Uganda, Libya & Israel.
